Page 91 - gift of attention to yourself! Well, as a mum of young children I was always at the bottom of the attention list, nowadays though I have plenty of time to give myself attention! I do things because I enjoy them! We are all guilty of neglecting ourselves, both physically and emotionally! But I could never become self centred!

So true...we must always remember to do things because we enjoy them,,,at least sometimes:)We spend far too much time doing things because we need to do them!
